Reconnet is open to all private and public bodies that agree on the Network goals.

As far as International bodies are concerned, the Network will soon decide on the policy to adopt. It is most probably that individual bodies will be allowed to join as members, whereas agreements will have to be signed between Reconnet and international networks, centers or association based on a similar membership approach as the one of Reconnet.
